Yes. A deposit is required to hold your spot in production. The remaining balance is due when the outfit is complete and before pickup or shipping.

At minimum 3–4 weeks for standard, 2 weeks for rush. For holidays, pageants, or busy seasons, 6–8 weeks ahead is safer. The earlier you text, the better the chance Shay can accommodate your date.
