  3. Share Measurements & Get a Quote

    Shay will ask for your child's measurements. Head to the Measurement Guide if you need help with that. She'll confirm the price, turnaround time, and any customization details.

  4. Pay Deposit & Wait for the Sneak Peek

    Pay a deposit via secure Square checkout to lock in your spot in production. When the outfit is done, Shay sends you a sneak peek photo. Then arrange Tampa pickup or get your shipping address ready.

Common Questions

How far in advance should I order?
At least 2–3 weeks before your event date is ideal. Rush orders may be possible depending on Shay's current queue — text her to ask. Holiday and prom season books up fast, so the earlier the better.
What if I'm not sure what style I want?
That's totally fine. Text Shay with your event, your child's age, and any colors or vibes you like. She'll ask a few questions and help you land on something that works. You can also browse the gallery for inspiration.
Can I change my order after the deposit?
Minor tweaks (like swapping a color or adding a bow) can usually be accommodated early in production. Major changes to the style or silhouette may not be possible once cutting has started. Text Shay as soon as you want to change something.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes — Shay ships nationwide. Shipping cost and method are worked out during the quote conversation. Tampa-area customers can also arrange local pickup.
